Synopsis

In 202X, in response to extreme violence, the government administers the drug R-3 to extremely violent people. Those who refuse to do so are exiled to an artificial city called ‘City of Dreams’. A few years later... angry immigrants flock from the 'City of Dreams' and the city falls into chaos. And perhaps, some of them may be connected to a terrorist group that wants to make the world to nothingness.
